Equiprio compares combinations of local suppliers for your list. Each supplier charges one delivery fee, so booking more from one supplier can cost less than picking the cheapest item each time. You choose the trade-off.

Suppliers are paid after delivery
You pay when you book, and the payment is held securely. It is released to the supplier only after you confirm the equipment arrived. If something is missing or damaged, report it before you confirm and that supplier's payment is held while it is resolved. If a supplier cancels or doesn't show up, you get a full refund.

When does Equiprio launch?
We are signing up suppliers in the Greater Toronto Area now and plan to open booking in early 2027 for spring and summer events. Join the waitlist and we will email you when booking opens.
What can I rent?
At launch: tents and structures, staging, audio, and tables and chairs. Lighting, video, power and more come later. Equiprio lists physical equipment only, not services such as catering or photography.
Who is it for?
Organizers who book equipment several times a year: student unions and clubs, BIAs, municipal event teams, corporate event teams and community festivals.
How does payment work?
You pay when you book. The payment is held and released to the supplier after you confirm delivery. If a supplier cancels or doesn't show up, you get a full refund. Final terms will be in the rental agreement for each booking.
What does it cost?
Prices are set by suppliers. Organizers pay a 3% booking fee, shown in every total. Suppliers pay a service fee only when they are booked.
Can my team share an account?
Yes. Invite teammates to your organization as owners, planners or viewers. Bookings, receipts and contracts are shared, and you can add a PO number at checkout.
